With the development of urban economy,air conditioning has become an indispensable part of People’s Daily life,which also promotes the proportion of air conditioning cooling load in the entire city electricity consumption to increase continuously in summer,aggravating the load pressure of power grid.Ice storage air conditioning is a kind of air conditioning technology that can shift the peak load and fill the valley.It can not only effectively reduce the user’s electricity bill,but also reduce the load pressure of urban power grid in summer.It is an important means of power peak adjustment.The research on ice storage air conditioning technology is helpful to optimize the performance of ice storage system,reduce power load peak more efficiently,and solve the problem of unbalanced supply and demand in power market.In this paper,the performance of ice storage and ice melting in the coiled coil unit is studied.According to the relevant data parameters of the ice storage equipment and the automatic control system,the factors affecting the performance of ice storage and ice melting are analyzed theoretically.In order to improve the performance efficiency of ice storage system,the optimization scheme is put forward.Through enthalpy analysis,it is concluded that the outdoor air humidity has great influence on the system’s ice storage efficiency at night.According to the comparison of equipment operation data in summer,when the amount of ice in the ice tank is less than 15%,the cooling rate of the system decreases significantly.According to the numerical simulation of the ice storage process of the cooling system,the heat transfer of the ice tank is described,and the theoretical heat release of the cooling equipment and the surrounding water is obtained.At the same time,the heat transfer analysis of forced convection process of ethylene glycol in the ice tank coil shows that the main reason for the acceleration of the ratio of ice melting in the later period of ice melting in the storage system is that the heat transfer coefficient of natural convection increases with the increase of the order of magnitude of The Nucelter number.By introducing the concept of exergy,exergy loss of the refrigerating unit of the ice storage system was calculated,and it was concluded that the maximum exergy loss of the compressor was 49.03%,and that of the condenser was 28.23%.Some faults occurred in the actual operation of the two-working condition unit were summarized,and the ice storage efficiency after cleaning the condenser scale was mainly compared and recorded.It was concluded that the ice storage capacity of the cooling system could be increased by about 5% after cleaning the condenser scale every year.Finally,according to the practical operation effect of ice storage air conditioning system for many years,on the basis of theoretical analysis to the system design and actual operation stage efficiency were analyzed,concluded in Beijing energy-saving equipment subsidies and reasonable peak valley electricity policy under the influence of factors such as the Beijing area with ice storage technique has a good economy,at the same time provide a reference for other areas.
