Digital Addressable Lighting Interface(DALI)is a dedicated lighting dimming control protocol.It has the advantages of low cost,good stability,excellent compatibility and interoperability,flexible configuration,easy management and maintenance,etc.It can be applied to different kinds of lighting places.In the early DALI 1.0 system,there was no "sense device" such as sensors,and the system application capacity was limited.With the upgrade of the DALI standard,a variety of input devices were added to the DALI 2.0 system based on the DALI-2 protocol to fill the gap in sensing layer of the DALI system.Based on the DALI-2 protocol,a smart lighting control system including a DALI2.0 master controller and a PC host computer software is designed in this study.The mainstream USB communication protocol is used as the internal data transmission protocol of the control system,and the controller is designed as a USB-HID device.In the study,there are two key issues have been solved:For one thing,the DALI input device has various types of instances and each instance has different features,which puts forward higher requirement for the compatibility of the control system.In view of this,the features of the instance were parameterized in this study,and an "event source object-target object" dynamic link model was proposed,so that the features of different instance types were fully used by the control system,which meet the requirement of good compatibility for different input device product.Moreover,the link model also integrates the internal RTC time function of the controller to achieve the timing control effect;For another thing,in order to solve the problem that DALI bus have become limited in resources and slow in response because of the increment of the DALI input device,the real-time operating system Free RTOS is used to develop the embedded program of the master controller in this study,making the control system responds quickly and efficiently,and achieves the effect of independent operation and intelligent management.The specific research work and innovations of this topic are as follows:(1)In-depth study of the characteristics of DALI system,explored the control methods of lighting devices and input devices.(2)A kind of link model is proposed with the instance’s event report and timing control are used as the event source object,and the multiple access methods of the lighting device are used as the target object.The data storage structure of the link model are established.(3)With the high-performance ARM micro controller STM32F429,a complete master controller hardware circuit is designed,including AC-DC power supply,bus power supply,MCU peripheral circuit and DALI bus interface,and the key circuit parameters calculation is gave.(4)The embedded program based on Free RTOS is developed to realize DALI encode and decode operation,the fast address allocation of DALI system based on the binary look-up algorithm,data conflict detection based on CSMA/CD mechanism,and the matching function of link model by using the linked list data structure.(5)The PC host computer application software is designed by using C#,the UI interface is shown and the method of program design of link model class are explained in detail.(6)Conducted interoperability tests of the master control system with mainstream DALI products on the market,and constructed engineering applications in meeting room.The test results show that the control system has a good feature of interoperability and the link model scheme is reliable and easy to use.
