Based on the needs of home-based elderly users,combined with interview,observation,questionnaire,situational analysis and other multiple methods of comprehensive analysis,this design study determined to understand the needs of the elderly due to physiological degradation,such as hearing degradation,voice listening,assisted exercise at home,medication reminder,safety monitoring,etc.Based on the theory of system design,using induction method to collect the data of the same kind of system,determine the central control end of the system with intelligent sound,combine the Internet of things and intelligent interaction technology,connect the life equipment such as bracelet,TV,mobile phone,etc.,form the indoor system to provide services for the elderly,and improve the self-care ability and safety of the elderly in the home environment.According to the research results,the target user demand model and product design element model are established,and the user portrait is drawn,and a set of design elements for the function,color,shape and material of the elderly product is obtained to guide the follow-up product design.The function is added to the system by deductive method,and the product function and size are calculated by combining ergonomics.Rhino modeling software is used for digital modeling and 3D printing to compare product scale.Through the open source hardware platform Arduino and the Internet of things service platform onenet,the prototype function and logic test are carried outWith the help of Internet of things technology,a set of Internet of things system centered on home-based elderly care products with smart audio as the main part has been formed.The main functions of the system include:(1)according to the different needs of different hearing people in the family environment,the innovative design of the function of making different sounds in different areas;(2)integrating the somatosensory recognition module into the sound to solve the elderly’s home exercise needs and fall prevention monitoring function;(3)adding the function system of automatic switch according to the user’s status Among them,the equipment is effective in energy saving;(4)it is to integrate more daily safety detection modules such as fire monitoring,gas monitoring,pollutant monitoring and so on into the sound,which can obtain indoor information or receive emergency notification through mobile phones Fifth,through the application of the Internet of things,children can use mobile phones to remotely control indoor equipment or send messages to the elderly.Finally,with the realization of commercial product system as the goal,it makes cost-effective analysis with similar products in the market,provides a set of design and research ideas for more intelligent pension product system design in the future,and puts forward suggestions for the integrated development of home-based pension system.
