With the change of China’s economic development goals,the development of the automobile market has gradually shifted from the pursuit of output to the pursuit of quality and efficiency,which has made the competition for market share of automobile manufacturers more intense.The ever-increasing level of competition requires companies to continuously innovate in terms of production methods and management methods,so as to enhance their competitiveness and operating efficiency.The production logistics system is one of the most important factors affecting the production and operation activities of the company,how to optimize it so as to improve the efficiency of production logistics and reduce waste,is the only way for enterprises to develop.This article takes the automobile final assembly workshop as an example to optimize the production logistics system,takes the lean production theory as the guiding idea,and uses the value flow map to clarify the bottleneck of the production logistics system.Aiming at improving the efficiency of production logistics and reducing the phenomenon of waste,this article uses Flexsim simulation software and BP neural network to optimize the production logistics system,from the aspects of production cycle,material distribution time and management methods.First of all,based on the lean production theory,obtaining relevant data through surveys and drawing a current value stream map of the production logistics system.Analyzing and clarifying the bottlenecks of the system lies is in the shortage of equipment utilization,material distribution time and management methods.Secondly,according to the actual operation of the production logistics system,setting up a Flexsim simulation model with different production cycles.The optimal production cycle is determined by running the simulation model and comparing the simulation results.Based on the optimal production cycle,selecting the main factors affecting the material delivery time.Establishing a BP neural network model,and predicting the material delivery time.Verifying the prediction effect of the model by companying with the actual result and the prediction result.At the same time,under the guidance of lean production theory,putting forward the reform measures of management methods.Finally,proposing the evaluation criteria which is included the production logistics efficiency,workshop environment,and management methods.The analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the original plan and optimization plan of the production logistics system.Based on the evaluation results,the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization plan are verified.
