| The imbalance between the supply and demand of ambulances has led to the loss of a large number of lives that can be saved due to the lack of treatment.The rise of shared vehicles has provided new possibilities for the current situation where a large number of ambulances cannot be offered in a short period.With these possibilities,it is necessary to solve the problem of priority of right of way for private vehicles,so that ordinary private vehicles can send patients to the hospital as soon as possible.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,irreversible and strong traceability,which is an ideal solution to this problem.With the help of this decentralized distributed database,the rescue process can be supervised to ensure the openness and transparency of the implementation process of priority access authority.However,the completely open feature of Blockchain technology for user data will also bring risks to the privacy issues of patients and rescue drivers;this article has conducted research and discussion on two contradictory issues:Firstly,this paper designs a shared vehicle scheduling mechanism based on Blockchain smart contracts,120 emergency centers,emergency cars,and Traffic departments.Through smart contracts,the three parties have achieved the granting and withdrawal of priority access rights under the supervision of the public,and to ensurethat the shared rescue vehicles deliver the patient to the hospitalin time.Secondly,this paper proposes a hierarchical anonymity protection mechanism,which guarantees the maximum disclosure of trip-related data and anonymizes the privacy information of drivers and patients.Regarding itinerary-related data,double-copy forms are used to ensure that the public supervises information on priority access rights.For sensitive information such as diseasesof patients,this paper proposes an improved(k,l)-anonymous model based on disease desensitization decision tree with(k,l)-anonymous algorithm to protect the patient’s sensitive information from homogenization attacks and semantic attacks.The relevant data after desensitization is stored on the public Blockchain,while ensuring public supervision,it can also provide data support for emergency scientific research.Finally,this paper designs and implements a compound system based on the Blockchainbased shared vehicle scheduling system,namely the 120 emergency center control system and the shared vehicle authority scheduling system,and accomplishes the shared vehicle rescue process and the anonymous desensitization processwith corresponding functional requirements,the test results are also demonstrated in the paper. |
