| Ancient architecture is a combination of art and traditional culture, which has high research value. It is the symbol of ancient civilization and the essential carrier of dialogue between ancient craftsmen and us through time and space. But in recent years, the ancient buildings fire frequently, many ancient buildings burned. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the protection of ancient buildings.Against this background, this paper studies the fire risk and fire resistance of ancient buildings.Firstly, through the analysis of the ancient buildings’ own conditions and the external environment, the root cause of their high risk is obtained. At the same time, taking guan-yin hall of first temple as an example in xi’an,field investigation and measurement were carried out to obtain necessary parameters and building information, and the fire load density of the ancient building was calculated.Based on the relationship between building fire load and fire duration, the approximate fire duration of the ancient building is obtained.Secondly, empirical analysis combined with Pyro Sim fire software was used to study the fire development law of ancient buildings under different environmental conditions.Based on the two angles of external wind speed and ambient temperature, the paper makes an in-depth study on the fire parameters of ancient buildings, such as temperature, smoke concentration and visibility, and obtains the specific law of fire spreading. Finally, taking the wood beam of ancient buildings as an example, the fire-resistance performance of ancient buildings under fire is explored. The coupling of temperature field and force field is adopted as the research idea, that is,the external force load is applied when the wood beam is under fire. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of wood beams decreases with the increase of carbonization depth. At the same time,it is concluded that when the carbonization depth of wood beam increases, the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam is also affected by the size of the section.Specifically, the smaller the ratio of height to width is,the faster the ultimate bearing capacity decreases. The research on the fire hazard of ancient buildings in this paper can provide a theoretical reference for the scholars of the protection of ancient buildings to quantitatively describe the fire hazard of ancient buildings. |
