| Digital image processing technology plays an important role in the study of microstructure of asphalt mixture.At present,through digital image processing technology,the end diagram of the core sample is mainly used for the microstructural analysis of the mixture,while the side diagram of the core sample is less useful.The main purpose of this study is to obtain the side view of the core sample of the mixture through technical means,and to enhance and de-noising the side view of the core sample,segmentation,debonding and other operations,to extract the aggregate morphological characteristics of the core sample of the mixture,and to analyze the gradation and uniformity of the mixture.The results are as follows:(1)The linear array scanning system is optimized,the linear array scanning system is established,the side of the mixture core sample is expanded,and the side of the mixture core sample is obtained.(2)The digital image processing technology is used to segment the side image,which proves the feasibility of the linear array scanning system.(3)Based on the theory of stereology,the three-dimensional distribution of aggregate space was inverted according to the two-dimensional distribution of aggregate in the side view of the mixture core,and the gradation of the mixture was transformed.(4)Based on the analysis of the shape characteristics of aggregate,a new index for the evaluation of angular property was proposed,and the uniformity of mixture distribution was evaluated. |
