Due to the increasing consumption of crude oil and the increasingly serious environmental problems, the country is pushing for the development of new energy vehicles, hybrid vehicles as the best transition product between traditional fuel vehicles and pure electric vehicles, with high efficiency, low emissions, low energy, which is one of the key development focuses in the current automobile industry.Hybrid electric vehicles have dual power sources, and the reasonable distribution of required torque is a top research issue.During operation of a hybrid electric vehicle, unpredictable side reactions will occur in the power battery under certain severe working conditions, which causes the battery performance and life to decline rapidly and irreversibly, resulting in a reduction in vehicle efficiency and an increase in use cost. Therefore, formulating energy management strategies while taking into account battery life can improve the performance and service life of hybrid vehicles and reduce the cost of use. This article takes the series-parallel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle as the research object. On the basis of the CD / CS strategy, the vehicle’s equivalent fuel consumption and the minimum battery life loss are used as performance indicators. The energy management strategy is formulated using the minimum principle and passed Software simulation for analysis.First,a second-order Thevenin model and battery discharge experimental data are used to establish a battery discharge model with a maximum relative error of 1.3%,and a life loss model during battery discharge is established based on the battery life semi-empirical model.Secondly,it analyzes the type of power integration of the hybrid electric vehicle, selects the series-parallel hybrid structure, and formulates the energy management strategy according to the structural characteristics.Based on the CD / CS strategy, the formula for deriving the equivalent fuel consumption of the vehicle is analyzed, and the Hamilton function is established together with the battery life loss formula. The optimal control law is understood using the minimum value to complete the torque Optimal allocation. Finally,AMESim and MATLAB / Simulnk are used to simulate the dynamics and economy of the strategy, and the results are analyzed. The simulation results show that the hybrid vehicle energy management strategy based on battery life can slow down the battery attenuation by about 13.26%,which proves that the formulation of this energy management strategy is effective.
