| Cement stabilized crushed stone has the advantages of high strength,large bearing capacity and good water stability,and is widely used in various grade roads in China.However,due to the nature of cement itself,it is prone to cracking and other diseases,and even reflects to the asphalt surface layer,which is the main source of diseases for asphalt roads.At present,adding fibers to the base layer of cement-stabilized material is an effective way to improve its mechanical properties and durability,which can well contain cracks and improve the service life of roads.This paper attempts to apply PVA fiber to cement-stabilized crushed stone.The effect of PVA fiber on the road performance of cement-stabilized crushed stone was studied through laboratory tests,and the best fiber application parameters were proposed to improve the cement-stabilized crushed stone base.Road performance.This paper determines the aggregate gradation and optimal moisture content by designing the aggregate ratio.Then mainly from three aspects of mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and fatigue properties to study the impact of polyvinyl alcohol fiber on cement stabilized crushed stone.According to the performance test results of cement-stabilized crushed stone with polyvinyl alcohol fiber,the influence of fiber content and fiber length on the mechanical properties of cement-stabilized crushed stone was compared and analyzed,and the influence rule of fiber content and length on mechanical properties was obtained and determined.The best blending amount and the best length of the fiber.Through the analysis of dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage mechanisms,design experiments from the aspects of fiber length,cement dosage,and curing age,using dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage coefficients as evaluation indicators,to explore the effect of fibers on the shrinkage performance of cement stabilized crushed stone.According to the influence law,on the premise of satisfying the mechanical properties,the guidance suggestions of fiber length and cement dosage are given.Through the cylinder split fatigue test,compared with the non-fiber cement stabilized crushed stone,the fatigue data at different cement dosages is obtained,and the fatigue data is analyzed by the Weibull distribution model to establish the fatigue equation and determine the influencing factors of fatigue life;Deeply analyze the fatigue process and fatigue mechanism.Finally,through the paving of the test road,the above performance was verified,and the construction process was given guidance. |
