With the changes in science and technology and contemporary combat environment,unmanned turrets have developed rapidly because of their good advantages in protection and mobility.The structure of the turret tower has a great relationship with the elastic energy,so how to design the structure of the tower has become an important topic of turret design.In addition,since the turret body needs to bear the strong impact load during the shooting process,it is necessary to meet the design requirements of strength and rigidity before satisfying the protection function,and there must be no damage,failure,vibration,deformation and other phenomena.This paper aims at the structural design and lightweight design of the unmanned turret tower body,and introduces the structural optimization method into the structure and weight reduction design at the same time,and obtains an ideal turret tower body.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:1.Analyze the function and design requirements of the turret tower body,combined with the development trend of the tower body shape,put forward the scheme of structural design using variable density method with the introduction of filter function;briefly introduce the structure optimization technology,and focus on the analysis Topology optimization and size optimization,based on this,the light-weight structure of the turret tower is proposed.2.Topology optimization was introduced into the conceptual design stage of the turret tower body.Through preliminary design calculations,the structural shape that met the bulletproof requirements was obtained.Different filter functions were introduced to compare its suppression effect on numerical instability during the tower body optimization process.Combined with the optimization results,a more reasonable tower structure was obtained,and the successful application experience of the combined use of the sensitivity filter and the grayscale filter in the optimization design of the turret tower body was obtained.3.The application of the interaction process of finite element analysis and shape design to improve the structure of the turret tower body was verified.The analysis found that the design was unreasonable and returned to redesign until a more reasonable structure was obtained.On this basis,further static,modal and transient dynamic analysis of the model can be carried out.Through analysis,the performance and characteristics of the unmanned turret body can be better understood,and data support can be provided for the next optimization.4.With the goal of reducing the mass of the unmanned turret body,based on the results of dynamic and static analysis,the size optimization and topological optimization of the multi-operating condition of the shield and trunnion frame were carried out,and the optimized tower body was based on the analysis results The model is remodeled,and the lightening effect is verified by comparing the quality of the model before and after optimization and various parameters.Through the structural design and lightweight research of the unmanned turret tower body,a more reasonable tower body structure is obtained,and the successful application experience of the structural optimization method in such products is obtained,which has a reference for improving the design process of similar products significance.
