| Motor graders are high-speed traction machine widely used in grading work in large area construction, such as road, airport and farmland.Hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission, which combines the advantages of hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission,is a new transmission mode suitable for current domestic motor grader technology. In this paper,215 Hp hydro-mechanical hybrid motor grader is taken as the research object, and its key operation and control technologies are studied in detail. For the single-pump-double-motor transmission scheme with a two-speed transmission, the function requirements of the control system are analyzed, and the control scheme is determined. In order to reduce the labor intensity,a dual operating system with an operating handle and a steering wheel is designed, and the control algorithm is given, which realizes the switching, priority and interlocking of the operating mode.According to the working condition and slip condition of the motor grader, different working gears are realized through the control of the clutch engagement state and the motor displacement. In order to improve the productivity,Power Adaptive Control technology based on speed limitation of each gear is studied and corresponding control algorithm is given. In order to further improve the power utilization, the Engine Variable Power Control technology is adopted, and the power curve of each gear is matched according to the power requirements of the gear.Based on AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, the hydraulic and control system is modeled and simulated, and the validity of the control algorithm studied in this paper is verified. |
