The increasing shortage of sandstone material has seriously hindered the development of highway construction in various regions of China,meanwhile,a large amount of industrial waste soil with low reuse rate occupies a large amount of site space and even causes environmental pollution.Based on the research project of Beijing Municipal Engineering Research Institute,the paper carried out the laboratory test research on the application of industrial waste soil in the base and subbase of highway engineering,finally,it is proved that the solidified industrial waste soil can be used in road base coursePapers in zaozhuang,shandong province,a region two industrial waste soil,the characteristics of related literature at home and abroad for reference,the research results,a possible to use the conventional soil solidification technology to deal with industrial discarded soil research,and on this basis,further expand after curing processing industrial waste will be applied to soil highway subbase at the grass-roots level in the study.Firstly,the technical properties of 1# and 2# industrial waste soil are analyzed according to the current test specifications: physical properties,chemical properties,safety and roadbed filler properties.Then,the paper uses lime,lime fly ash and cement to stabilize 1# and 2# industrial waste soil for laboratory test,and studies the strength characteristics and durability of industrial waste soil.Taking unconfined compressive strength as the control index,the paper evaluated the effect of industrial waste soil as the subbase material of highway base course,and analyzed the influence of factors such as the amount of stable material,curing age and way,curing agent and so on on the unconfined compressive strength.In this paper,CBR strength is used as the control index to evaluate the effect of industrial waste soil as roadbed filler,and the influence of the amount of stable material on CBR strength is analyzed.In this paper,the residual compressive strength ratio is used as the control index to evaluate the frost resistance of industrial waste soil,and the effect of curing agent on the residual compressive strength ratio is analyzed.Finally,according to the current specifications,the research results of the application of lime,lime fly ash and cement stabilization 1# and 2# industrial waste soil in the subbase engineering of highway base are put forward:1.Lime,lime fly ash and cement stabilized 1# industrial waste soil can be used as road base subbase material,while lime,lime fly ash stabilized 2# industrial waste soil can be used as roadbed filler.2.When 1# industrial waste soil is used as the base material of low grade highway,lime is stable: the reasonable dose of lime is 5~8%;lime + curing agent s-1 is stable: the reasonable dose of lime is 3~5%.Lime fly ash stability: reasonable range of mixing ratio is 7:23:700-10:20:70.lime fly ash + curing agent s-1 stability: reasonable range of mixing ratio is 10:20:700-15:15:70.lime fly ash + curing agent s-1 stability: reasonable range of mixing ratio is 10:20:700-15:15:70.lime fly ash Cement stabilization: reasonable dosage of cement is 7~10%,cement + curing agent s-y-1 stabilization: reasonable dosage of cement is 5~7%.3、When choosing curing agent,engineering verification should be carried out,and strength and durability should be considered at the same time.If the strength or durability cannot be effectively improved,curing agent is not recommended.
