Microwave static heating is mostly used to repair small area damaged asphalt pavement,which cannot meet the requirements of microwave on geothermal regeneration equipment.At present,most of the researches on microwave heating asphalt pavement are focused on the static heating condition and lack of research on mobile heating condition.Therefore,it is necessary to study the heating effect of microwave mobile heating asphalt pavement.In this paper,the functional requirements of the microwave mobile heating experiment device were analyzed and the design was completed.The experimental research on the mobile heating of the array of staggered antennas was carried out by using the experiment device,and compared with the CST simulation to verify the effectiveness of the microwave mobile heating method simulated by micro-element method.Secondly,the influence factors of microwave mobile heating asphalt mixture were studied by using the experimental device,and the influence rules of antenna array arrangement and movement direction were obtained.Finally,CST software is used to simulate the influence of antenna array dislocation arrangement on mobile heating effect.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)A comparative analysis of the simulation results of the mobile heating of the column staggered antenna array shows that the micro-element method is effective in simulating the microwave mobile heating method.staggered antennas,and concluded that the micro-element method was effective in the simulation of microwave mobile heating.(2)Analyze the experimental results of microwave mobile heating asphalt mixture: the row staggered array moves along the X direction and the heating effect is better than the Y direction,the column staggered array moves along the Y direction and the heating effect is better than the X direction;when the antenna array is along When moving in the X direction,the heating effect of the row staggered array is relatively optimal,and when moving in the Y direction,the heating effect of the column staggered array is relatively optimal.(3)Analyze the influence of the heating effect of the antenna array dislocation arrangement: with the increase of dislocation displacement antenna array of mobile heating asphalt mixture model of heating efficiency lower,heating uniformity,minister of bottomedge dislocation displacement for waveguide size 1/2 of the heating effect is best,dislocation displacement respectively at the bottom of the waveguide length size of 1/2,1/3,1/4,0 to move along the X heating asphalt mixture model of heating effect than Y good.
