With the continuous development of computer simulation technology,the maturity of vehicle dynamics theory,and the continuous improvement of model calculation algorithms,vehicle simulation technology based on real-time data collection and calculation has been paid attention and widely used in the fields of automobile development,driving training,and road safety evaluation.Therefore,this article combines reality with the fact that the simulation driving simulation system on the market is expensive,and many general scientific research institutions and individuals cannot afford it.Based on the Microsoft Visual C ++ 6.0software platform,a general precision simulation system has been developed,which have universal applicability and low cost.This paper studies the real-time collection technology of driving operation data,compares the Windows message processing mechanism and the real-time acquisition technology of hardware operation data based on the Direct Input component under Direct X,and designs a data acquisition interface program based on the Direct Input component and real-time acquisition of driving operation data Program;based on the study of the simulation of the dynamic model of the vehicle ’s operation,a data output conversion model is established for the driver ’s operation input collected in real time,including the steering wheel front wheel angle,engine torque,driveline torque,and braking system.Power moment output conversion model.The vehicle dynamics model used for real-time simulation,the simulation control process for real-time simulation,and the simulation algorithm are studied.A ground,suspension mass,and non-suspension mass coordinate system suitable for simulation description and calculation and a 9-DOF real-time simulation dynamic model for passenger cars are established.At the same time,the real-time simulation control process under different working conditions is designed,and an improved Euler algorithm with accuracy and calculation complexity that meets the system requirements is selected as the model solving algorithm.The software development and testing of the parallel vehicle simulation computing system is developed and tested..according to the system performance requirements and system development ideas,the system’s human-computer interaction interface,the basic structure of the program and each member function under the simulation vehicle class(CSimmulation Vehicle View)was designed.Finally,The simulation test verifies the real-time and reliability of the simulation system.
