Vehicle power transmission system plays an important role in driving power and driving vehicle.The power output of vehicle directly affects the power of vehicle.Power transmission system has power loss in the power transmission process,which is produced in the form of heat,and causes the temperature rise of the power transmission parts.For this reason,the cooling system with forced cooling is used to reduce the heat load of the driveline system in the tracked vehicle,and the cooling fan and water pump are directly driven by the engine by a fixed transmission ratio,which consumes part of the power output of the engine.Considering the power output of the power transmission system of power loss on the cooling system,reducing power consumption,power consumption and heat transfer process of the cooling system it is necessary to study the vehicle power transmission system,power output characteristics of the power transmission system of tracked vehicles,improve the driving control of cooling components,provide a theoretical basis for the dynamic performance of tracked vehicle to improve.First,through the research on the working process of vehicle cooling system,power consumption and dynamic heat transfer model of cooling system of power transmission,including engine,intercooler and oil heat exchanger heat source component heat production model and radiator,fan,water pump and cooling component model.According to the model,the cooling water temperature and the power consumption of the cooling system components can be calculated,so that the influence of the cooling system on the output characteristics of the engine can be analyzed.Secondly,due to the power loss in power transmission system is an important factor affecting the power transmission system of driving power output,input heat source cooling heat transfer process,and the influence factors of the power loss of the power transmission system is clear,the basic power of power transmission system of the transfer process and heat transfer process.This is mainly considered incoming cooling system heat,established the power loss model of the transmission system,including gear,clutch belt,hydraulic torque converter,the bearing friction loss,combined with vehicle power transmission model and cooling system power consumption model,changes in actual output power vehicle power transmission system.Based on the vehicle power output characteristics,through considering the power transmission system of variable power consumption,compared with the output power without considering the time-varying dynamic power transmission system under the influence of the analysis of different power vehicles two kinds of situation.By changing the speed control method of the cooling system fan,the power consumption of the cooling system is controlled,so as to reduce the proportion of the power consumption to the output power of the engine,so as to improve the power performance of the vehicle.
