Research On Management Of Shield Launching Project In Urban Metro Tunnel

The paper takes the section of [Yuancun station ～ Pazhou Station] on Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 11 as the research object that mainly studies the key technologies and control measures on the shield down well and shield launching.Shield launching regards as the key part with tough construction and high risk.In this paper,it mainly focuses on the researching on analyzing the adaptability and reliability of shield and the application of WBS management theory and PDCA quality management theory,optimizing project of the end reinforcement,shield splitting,shield down well and shield initial tunneling.Through the comprehensive study of the shield launching,it can systematically control the risk of shield launching,so as to achieve the purpose of safe launching,which could provide relevant experience on similar projects.Based on analysis of the section of tunnel geological conditions,surrounding environment and parameters of the shield section,the paper acquired the key and difficult points on the shield section of [Yuancun Station ～ Pazhou Station].Meanwhile,according to the key and difficul points and planning the project,it could make a series of targeted modification on the grouting system and foam system of the shield,that to ensure the adaptability and reliability of shield in order to lay the foundation for the safety shield tunneling.Through optimizing project of shield launching on the end of down well,that not only improves the construction conditions,defines the construction management measures and saves cost and date,but also adopts effective control measures and testing methods to ensure the safety and stability of the end reinforcement.Through optimization of the project adopt secondary split launching method to solve situation on the limited length of the excavation tunnel and the lack of the shield hanging out well.During the construction,reinforceing the management on the hoisting the shield machine down well.During the tunneling,dynamically adjusting the tunneling parameters,controlling the total thrust of the shield machine,implementing details management of cutter speed,torque,the parameters of grouting and so on to smooth completion of shield launching.Through this paper,we can get the key points of control in the process of shield launching to ensure the safety of the launching.Furthermore,it provides a reference plan and similar experience for the situation of the shield machine to go through the rivers,the end reinforcement,and the launching site limited and so on.
