With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology and smart home,home circuit breakers are developing toward the direction of intelligence,miniaturization,diversified functions and convenient installation.Compared with the traditional circuit breaker can not network,intelligent and other shortcomings,the system has the advantages of safety,reliability,remote monitoring and monitoring,and additional overvoltage under-voltage protector,leakage protector,short-circuit protector and other protective equipment,is a future direction of circuit breaker development.Therefore,based on indoor security and One Net cloud platform,this paper designs and implements the household intelligent circuit breaker system.The main work of this paper is as follows:Used in this article,the ARM kernel based STM32F103VCT6 as the core processor,the embedded Free RTOS operating system as the software development platform,combined with the One Net cloud platform and NB-IOT module for data wireless transmission,the design and implementation of the One Net Io T platform based home intelligent circuit breaker system;The hardware adopts modular design,including STM32F103VCT6 as the core processor;RN7302 power metering module,realize the real-time measurement of the line voltage and current parameters to the household line;And through the voltage parameters,to achieve over-voltage and under-voltage circuit protection,through the current parameters,can achieve equipment short-circuit protection,and judge the use of household appliances;It is equipped with VG54123 leakage protection chip,which solves the problem of poor real-time detection of leakage by software.Through excellent circuit,leakage hardware can automatically break circuit protection and eliminate potential safety hazards.BC26 module,through HTTP protocol and MQTT protocol to realize the transmission between measurement data and instruction data and One Net cloud platform;The measurement data are classified,managed,stored and displayed through the One Net cloud platform.With B/S architecture,the user remote monitoring and control center is set up to carry out remote monitoring and control of the circuit breaker’s electrical parameters and operating status.The test results show that the device terminal of the system has realized the measurement of parameters such as voltage and current.It has the functions of leakage protection,short circuit protection and over-voltage and under-voltage protection.It can meet the requirements of miniaturization,intelligence,diversified functions and simple installation.The Web end can view the current voltage and current of the equipment at any time and any place,and judge the working state of the appliance through the current current;And remote realization of the circuit breaker terminal on and off.
