In the "13th Five-Year Plan" for the development of national rural biogas,government departments put forward to scientifically plan the development of biogas industry,improve the service system operation mechanism of biogas project,and improve its construction quality.But,because of the complexity of the biogas fermentation process,fermentation product flammable or explosive,toxic and other shortcomings,in the absence of regulation or artificial intermittent regulation,it has a great potential safety hazard,in our country every year due to regulatory issues caused by production accident,extremely adverse impact on the development of biogas industry,biogas engineering monitoring research gradually become hot spots.Internet of Things is an emerging information technology.It can collect all kinds of data on the production site in real time based on sensing technology and sensor network,and its application in biogas project can better promote the development of biogas project.This research,the Internet of things,and through the investigation of biogas engineering WeChat miniprogram such as the development of technology,design a set of biogas engineering monitoring system based on WeChat miniprogram used to solve the problems facing the present biogas project,the wireless network composed of Lora,edge server,cloud database,WeChat miniprogram and related hardware module,etc.The main research results of this design are as follows:(1)Considering the problems of difficulty in monitoring and low degree of automation in biogas engineering at the present stage,an overall scheme of biogas engineering monitoring system based on WeChat miniprogram was designed by improving the structure level of Internet of things and combining edge computing technology and WeChat miniprogram technology.(2)Three nodes composed of three self-made Arduino control boards were set up in the edge sensing layer of the system to collect and upload the data of each sensor and the running state of the motor in the biogas project,so as to detect the data of fermentation parameters and obtain the status information of the equipment.(3)using Lora edge network of wireless transmission,the transmission of data from the Arduino to the edge server raspberries pie,reuse raspberry edge server send the WiFi module with tencent cloud above to connect to the MySQL database on the complete "edge and the cloud one" integration of development,to collect the production data in the process of information upload and instructions issued.(4)the use of Tencent WeChat developer tools,developed a monitoring biogas project for WeChat miniprogram.The control command of the terminal node is analyzed,and the functions of data visualization,intelligent control and intelligent alarm are realized.(5)The edge calculation was embedded in the edge server,and the BP artificial neural network was used to build the detection model of whether the temperature sensor of biogas engineering was damaged.The accuracy of the result was 95.25%.
