With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry and the improvement of the national economy,people’s requirements for the acoustic comfort of automobile driving have gradually increased.Through the research,it has been found that in recent years,the market shares of Sport Utility Vehicle(SUV)has increased significantly.Compared with traditional cars,their driving methods,styling and usage scenarios are quite different.At present,there are few studies on acoustics and sound quality in the SUV.Therefore,how to improve the acoustic environment of the SUV and improve the driving comfort from the actual experience of the driver is the research focus of this thesis.In order to better improve the interior acoustic environment of the vehicle.Based on Internet big data,the information of the target users is extracted and analyzed to obtain the user’s noise-related usage scenarios and needs in the driving process.Then,this thesis designs the interior noise collection experiment,calculate and analyze the objective parameters of the SUV interior sound quality.Design and implement the subjective evaluation test of the sound quality.Combined with the subjective and objective test evaluation results,the correlation between subjective and objective parameters is analyzed by multiple linear regression models.Based on the analysis of the correlation between subjective-objective independent variables and dependent variables,the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the BP neural network model to establish a sound quality subjective scoring prediction model to predict the subjective evaluation score under the condition of opening music in SUV.Based on the above results,it is concluded that music as a masking sound can improve sound scheduling in the car and reduce the user’s subjective discomfort with noise.Thus design the in-car music interactive system.Combining the sound quality experiment results with user needs,in order to reduce the noise sharpness and A-weighted sound level,the whole vehicle acoustic model is established base on the SEA method.Simulation is carried out after loading vibration and noise excitation.The results show that the simulation of the whole vehicle acoustic model is in good agreement with test results.By analyzing the energy contribution of the SUV subsystem to the sound cavity of the front passenger’s head,sound insulation materials are applied to the firewall to reduce the high-frequency noise to a certain extent.Through the combination of theoretical research and industrial design practice,this thesis provides theoretical guidance and reference for SUV acoustic environment optimization.
