After more than ten years of rapid development,China’s high-speed rail technology has been at the leading level in the world.The vibration response of the train is the main factor affecting the comfort of the train.In order to improve the comfort of the train,it is necessary to analyze the vibration response of the train by establishing the rigid flexible coupling model of the multi-body dynamics of the train,study the influence of the parameters of the train on the vibration response of the train,and optimize the comfort design of the train.In this paper,a certain type train scale model is taken as the research object.Through the establishment of the train rigid flexible coupling scale model,the vibration comfort of the train is simulated,and the optimization method of the train comfort is studied.First of all,this paper focuses on two kinds of finite element modeling methods of train body scale model,and carries out modal analysis on the two kinds of train body scale finite element models.Then,based on the results of modal analysis,the modal test of train body scale model is carried out,and six modal frequencies and modal shapes are obtained.Then,two kinds of trainr body scale finite element models are updated based on sensitivity analysis,and the accuracy of the two models is discussed by comparing the model updating results of the two models.On this basis,the modeling method of train rigid flexible coupling scale model based on Simpack is studied,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the frequency response test of train scale model.The conclusion that the flexible train body after model updating can improve the accuracy of train rigid flexible coupling scale model is obtained.Then the simulation calculation of the train vibration response is carried out,and the vibration comfort of the train is evaluated.The comfort response surface model of the train is established,and the Sobol’s method is used to analyze the global sensitivity of the comfort of the train,and the influence of the train parameters on the comfort is studied.Finally,based on the results of global sensitivity analysis,the response surface model of train comfort is established by selecting the parameters with high sensitivity,and the optimization method of response surface of train vibration comfort is mainly studied to improve the comfort of train.
