| The "Made in China 2025" plan led by intelligent manufacturing proposes the development goals of realizing digitalization and intelligent upgrading of product quality management modes to enterprises.As a widely used international quality management technology,statistical process control(SPC)is being valued by more and more domestic enterprises.In order to help the enterprise realize the upgrade of assembly quality management mode,this paper carries out research on online quality control technology based on control charts.Firstly,after the analysis of the assembly process of the micro-motor,according to the assembly characteristics and the current status and needs of the assembly quality management,this paper establishes the control chart as the research direction of process quality control and fault diagnosis,and designs the overall scheme of micro-motor assembly online quality control system.Secondly,with the support of the overall system scheme,this paper makes an architectural design and standardized process design for quality management.According to the key quality characteristics and acceptance indicators of micro-motor products,quality monitoring points are set up for the assembly line and the hardware layout for quality data collection is completed.In order to meet the needs of real-time quality control and quality data persistence,a master-slave database architecture is designed.The mean-range control chart is used to determine the controlled state of the micromotor assembly process,and the process capability index is used to analyze process capability.After that,a data pre-processing method is proposed to convert the numerical values of quality characteristics to gray images,and the convolutional neural network(CNN)is successfully applied to control chart pattern recognition.Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the sample data of the six different patterns.Based on Le Net-5,a CNN modol is designed.The online fault diagnosis in the assembly process is completed by mapping the abnormal patterns of control charts to faults based on case-based reasoning.As the last part,this paper develops an online quality control system for micro-motor assembly,which realizes real-time quality data monitoring,quality data query and export,assembly line fault realtime diagnosis and alarm,etc.And based on the consideration of information security,the system user permissions are set. |
