As a new weapon and tool in modern warfare,military uav has undertaken more and more military missions due to its advantages of low cost,stable performance and zero casualties.In the future battlefield,it is an inevitable trend to equip operational uav with intelligence and autonomous combat capability.The intelligence of uav is the "decision-making ability of uav",which means that it can not only complete the scheduled combat mission according to the command or pre-programmed program,but also make an autonomous response to the threat target and deal with the unexpected situation immediately.The analysis and decision-making ability of man-machine comes from the pilot.The research focus of this paper is how to transfer the operational experience and knowledge of the pilot and commander to the uav so that it has the ability of autonomous decision-making.This paper designed the autonomous decision-making framework of "OERA"(Obseration,Evaluation,Rules,Action)based on Boyd’s "OODA" ring(Obseration,Orientation,Decision,Action)theory for uav fight on the ground.By analyzing the process of uav to ground combat,this paper established relevant domain model of uav to ground combat,and used bayesian network to construct the target threat assessment and strike effect assessment model,which provides conditions for uav reconnaissance and strike decision,then,designed the operational rule description model by analyzing the characteristics of uav ground combat rules and established the rule base to express and store commanders’ operational experience knowledge for decision-making reasoning.In order to verify the effectiveness of the decision-making framework and provide a method for military simulation personnel to manage operational rules,this paper designed and implemented combat simulation platform.The simulation platform adopts Agent technology and integrates the "OERA" autonomous decision-making framework to build the intelligent uav model.The simulation personnel can edit the operational plan to set the simulation content,run the corresponding simulation model and observe the autonomous decision-making actions of the uav Agent.Finally,this paper designs an example of uav performing reconnaissance and strike missions to the ground to demonstrate the implementation of the simulation platform.In the simulation example,the uav Agent makes reconnaissance,defense,strike and other actions without human intervention,verifying the effectiveness of the autonomous decision-making framework and the availability of the simulation platform.
