Nowadays,countries are doing their best to develop missile defense systems.The success rate of ballistic missiles has been greatly challenged.In this paper,the following research is carried out for ballistic missile penetration.First,a ballistic missile program flight optimization program was constructed for the ballistic missile program flight trajectory.The ballistic missile boundary value problem of ballistic missile solution is transformed into the control parameter optimization problem,which greatly reduces the difficulty of solving.Then the flight procedure of ballistic missile pitch angle program is given,and it is optimized with genetic algorithm.Secondly,based on the equations of motion of the ballistic missile and the EKV in the geocentric coordinate system,an offensive and defensive confrontation model was constructed based on linear differential games,and the system’s Hamiltonian function and performance indicators based on the final missed amount and energy consumption were constructed.The model was analyzed and solved to obtain the optimal penetration strategy of ballistic missiles and the optimal interception strategy of EKVs in the geocentric coordinate system,and converted them to the ballistic coordinate system for simulation verification.Then,the three-dimensional offensive and defensive confrontation of ballistic missile and EKV was decomposed into the pitch plane and yaw plane.Based on the theory of non-linear differential games,two offensive and defensive system models were constructed on both planes.The heading error is defined as a performance index,and the model is solved to obtain the optimal penetration strategy of the ballistic missile and the optimal interception strategy of the EKV in the two-dimensional plane.The theoretical results were simulated and verified.The influences of the initial forward angle of the EKV,the maneuverability of the ballistic missile,the maneuvering time and the maneuvering time on the final missed amount were analyzed.Finally,a method for evaluating effectiveness of ballistic missiles in terms of full-ballistic penetration capability evaluation is constructed.Established an evaluation index system for the penetration effectiveness of a single ballistic missile,the coordinated effectiveness of multiple ballistic missiles,and the interception effectiveness of the anti-missile defense system.The evaluation index system was evaluated by combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method.The degree of defense is an indicator of the penetration effectiveness of the ballistic missile relative to the defense system.The greater the value,the greater the success rate of penetration,and the smaller the opposite.
