Research On The Application Of The Spatial Design Of Chaoshan Regional Culture And Catering

People’s life is like the structure of pyramids,and food culture is the mostimportant basic link.And people’s cognition and recognition of hot pot is also increasing day by day,hot pot not only has the singularity of solving food and clothing,comfortable dining environment,the freshness of food materials has become one of the standards of consumer choice day by day.The content of this paper is to take Chaoshan regional culture as the design element,relying on certain space design performance,hoping to provide consumers with a bright regional culture,comfortable dining environment,fresh enough ingredients dining environment.In the past,Chaoshan beef hot pot was not recognized enough by consumers,mainly because most consumers did not understand Chaoshan culture and Chaoshan beef hot pot enough.In view of this phenomenon,this paper focuses on the integration of Lingnan Chaoshan culture in the space design of Chaoshan beef hot pot,so that consumers can feel the charm of Lingnan Chaoshan culture more intuitively in the dining environment.
