The Adaptability Of Self-propelled Parking Building Design Research

Under the background of the surge of car ownership in China,parking building one of the main way to solve the urban parking problems.However,the current parking building on the city’s overall environment and users lack of some attention and thinking.Therefore,based on the parking building development momentum,with the aid of "adaptive" design concept,to explore the suitable parking building design strategy for the sustainable development of cities..Firstly,the paper makes clear the development trend of the parking building at the present stage in China,and analyzes the problems existing in the practical use of the parking building through the way of real state investigation.Secondly,according to the feedback of the survey and the basic concept of "adaptive design",the internal and external factors that affect the adaptive design of parking buildings are analyzed,and the concept,objectives and principles of the adaptive design of parking buildings are determined.Based on the above,the author combined with practical case,put forward the parking building adaptive design strategy: "the overall image of optimum shape","building volume moderate balance",moderate extension of "public space" as the parking building and urban environment in outer space relationships of mutual adaptation solution;Through the "functional system suitable to complex" and "the application of the parking function transformation" parking building system to be adaptive to expand,to adapt to the city and the use of user demand;By "human interface and features" and "the natural environment of infiltration and integration" of the parking building internal space adaptability to build,to meet the people in the process of using psychological and physiological needs.The research of this paper is based on literature theory research,real state investigation and analysis,case summary and comprehensive use of a variety of research methods,trying to construct the basic framework of the adaptive design of parking buildings,to provide some help for the construction of parking buildings in China.
