Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM)has the advantages of simple structure,high speed,high precision linear motion control and so on.It is widely used in various linear motion occasions.As a direct drive system,the power density of the linear motor system is completely dependent on the thrust density,so it is the key to improve the thrust density of the linear motor in a limited volume.In this paper,the double primary tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(DPT-PMSLM)is designed to improve the thrust performance based on the analysis of its structure and electromagnetic characteristics.In this paper,the structure of double primary cylindrical PMSLM is analyzed.The electromagnetic and thrust characteristics of dual primary linear motor are studied.The rules of the influence of pole size and outer diameter parameters on thrust performance are revealed.The coupling effect of double primary structure and its influence on inductance,detent force and thrust are studied.This paper focuses on the study of the detent force under the coupling effect,deduces the detent force expression of the cylindrical non slot structure PMSLM,and suppresses the detent force under the understanding of the change rule of the detent force.DPT-PMSLM has the characteristics of multiple structural parameters and complex coupling.The combination of layered response surface optimization and orthogonal optimization,and the multi-objective optimization method based on neural network agent model were used to optimize the thrust performance of the motor.The influence law of some parameters on the thrust performance is obtained by using layered response surface optimization,and the parameter range of orthogonal optimization is given.On this basis,the preliminary optimization of motor thrust performance is carried out by using orthogonal optimization.BP neural network is used to establish agent model to assist in multi-objective optimization.According to the application background of wide temperature zone,the thrust stability at different temperatures is considered.The multi-objective optimization is completed by using the multi Pareto boundary method,and the final finite element simulation results are given.Finally,the prototype and test platform are developed to test the positioning force,back EMF and thrust of the motor.The validity of the theoretical analysis and simulation work is verified.
