Research On The Light Environment Design Of Japanese Cuisine Restaurant Under The Influence Of Wabi-Sabi Aesthetics

With the development of the economy and the progress of the society,people’s requirements on the catering environment and the quality of food ingredients are increasing day by day.In addition to the daily diet,there are more opportunities to taste specialties from all over the world.Japanese cuisine is one of the unique dishes.With the emergence of Japanese catering spaces in major cities in China,how to create a personalized and differentiated catering space and how to create a catering space that reflects the Japanese aesthetic atmosphere have begun to be considered by operators and designers.The homogenization of ordinary Japanese food and beverage spaces is more serious.If it can meet the basic food and beverage needs,it can create a diversified sensory experience,which will bring it more competitiveness.With the development of science and technology,the light environment design in the Japanese food and beverage space has begun to be emphasized.The light environment includes natural light environment and artificial light environment.As an important spatial constituent element,there are various artistic techniques that can be expressed.Through the study of traditional Japanese aesthetics,combing the appropriate light environment design methods,creating an aesthetic mood in the Japanese dining space,will be a very feasible and necessary research direction.This article is based on the analysis and exploration of light environment design methods based on the Japanese food and beverage space under the background of Wabi-Sabi aesthetics.In the context,the article first sorted out the basic concepts such as the Wabi-Sabi aesthetics,Japanese dining space and light environment design,then studied the influence of the light environment on human psychology and emotional culture and the light environment lighting performance elements of the Japanese food space,and then passed The analysis and summary of the design elements of the light environment,based on the design rules based on the form of beauty combined with the actual situation,summed up the design strategy of the light environment in the Japanese food and beverage space,and applied it to a practical case in which the author participated.Finally,by summarizing this research on the light environment in the Japanese food and beverage space based on the aesthetics of Wabi-Sabi,the design direction of the future light environment is prospected.By studying the traditional Japanese culture,analyzing the formation process of its aesthetic concept,extracting the aesthetic elements in the works of art,using formal beauty design techniques,combined with light environment design,to create a moody atmosphere with a sense of silence in the Japanese dining space,satisfying While people are pursuing the special dining experience,they can also feel the different aesthetic experience brought by the light environment.
