Catering Space Design Strategy For Light Food Demand

Due to the increasing income and living standards of the public,health awareness is also enhanced.Light food is a relatively healthy way of eating,which is loved and respected by many people in recent years.In modern society,the public’s attention to healthy diet is increasing day by day.Because light food is low-fat and low calorie,it is loved by many consumers.In recent years,there are a large number of light food restaurants in China’s catering market.At the present stage,domestic light food restaurants are still in the early stage of development,many investors choose to enter the light food industry,because the entry threshold of light food restaurants is not high,so the level of operators is often quite different.At the same time,due to the public’s low recognition and recognition of light food restaurants,the competition of restaurants is also fierce.At present,how light food restaurants stand out in the market and how to expand their customer scale are important problems to be solved.The emergence of light food theme dining space makes the public’s material life more rich.However,the current mainstream form of light food dining is still fast food and takeout.Although there is Light food restaurant business,most of these restaurants have various problems,such as the cultural connotation is not deep enough or the content is not characteristic,and the theme is not clear enough,which often does not have unity or uniqueness.In order to better develop the design of light food restaurant,we need to fully consider the actual situation,according to the characteristics of light food restaurant audience groups to design the corresponding theme dining space.This paper focuses on the analysis of how to carry out the corresponding light food restaurant space design under the determined theme.On the one hand,it searches the relevant research literature and books,on the other hand,it collects first-hand data,text and picture materials through on-site investigation.In the research process,the author organically integrates the related research of light food theme restaurant from the space design,reviews the formation and development process of light food culture,introduces the research theory of restaurant design,and on this basis,explains the elements that need to be considered in the design process of light food theme restaurant and the ways and means that can be applied,and analyzes how to design light food theme restaurant through research This paper summarizes the main design methods in the process of practical application.Finally,the application of the above theoretical research results,select the light food theme restaurant as a research case design,and apply it to practice,verify the research results of the article.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the research and space design of other light food theme restaurants,further optimize and improve the design methods and means of light food theme restaurants on this basis,and also provide a certain theoretical basis for the development and space design of light food theme restaurants.
