Research On G City Port Logistics Development Strategy

With the acceleration of the globalization process,the importance of port logistics in the development of urban economy has gradually become more prominent.The development of port logistics and urban economy has a synergistic effect.Port logistics can drive the urban economy,and the development of urban economy is also conducive to expanding the radiation scope of port logistics.This article takes G city as an example to study the development strategy of G port logistics.There is a very close relationship between the port logistics of G city and the economic development of G city,and there is also a clear promotion effect between the two.Therefore,how to use the scientific method to promote the construction of port logistics in G city and drive the continuous development of G city economy has become one of the focuses of this paper in the context of the deepening of my country’s participation in the global economic and trade exchanges.The first step is to organize and read the research on port logistics at home and abroad to understand the research background and significance of port logistics development at this stage.The second step is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of port logistics in G city on the basis of relevant theories,and analyze the external environment and internal conditions of the development of port logistics in G city based on the basic situation of the port in G city.The PEST analysis method and SWOT model objectively evaluate the macro environment,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the ports of city G,and draw a strategic combination of SO,WO,ST,and WT.Finally,according to the SWOT strategic combination analysis results,the countermeasures for the development of modern port logistics in G city are put forward in a targeted manner,which has practical guiding significance for the sustainable development of port logistics in G city and the economy of G city.The innovation of this article lies in the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the development level of port logistics in City G.It also draws on how the world’s port modern transportation industry benchmarks select the development direction,and finally formulated a realistic and realistic design for the port in City G.Strategies and tactics for the development of modern logistics with development space.At the same time,I hope that the research in this article can provide experience for other port logistics development.
