New materials and new technologies can bring people convenience in life,at the same time speed up the construction progress,reduce pollution to the environment,the production of prefabricated components and construction standardization have also become the trend of urbanization.The construction of segmented precast concrete bridge piers can ensure the quality of components and reduce traffic control,becoming a part of "green foundation construction".The main connection methods used in the project are grouting sleeve connection,prestressed connection,and wet joint connection.The prefabricated bridge piers of these three connection methods are used as research objects.The numerical model is established using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze different connection methods The difference of the influence of the thrust performance of the prefabricated bridge pier.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the existing literature and relevant research results,select a reliable constitutive model of reinforced steel and concrete materials,and use a reasonable simulation method to connect the precast bridge piers,prestressed bridge piers,Wet joints are connected to prefabricated bridge piers for numerical simulation.The feasibility of the material constitutive model and simulation method is verified by analyzing the results of pseudo-static numerical simulation.(2)Using the selected constitutive model and simulation method,numerically simulate the grouting sleeve connection,prestressed connection,and wet joint connection of the assembled box-type hollow single-column pier.The hysteretic performance,anti-overturning,equivalent stiffness,energy dissipation capacity,residual displacement and ductility of prefabricated bridge piers with various connection methods under low cycle reciprocating action are analyzed.The results show that the segmented prefabricated concrete pier has different mechanical properties due to the different connection methods.The grouting sleeve connection method pier has better ductility than the other two connection methods,and the prestressed connection method pier has a self-reset capability compared to the other two connection methods better,the integrity of the wet joint connection is better.(3)Through the parameter analysis of the established finite element numerical model under quasi-static action,set five parameters: constant load axial pressure,longitudinal reinforcement ratio,coupling ratio,slenderness ratio,concrete strength,etc.The differences in hysteretic performance,residual deformation and energy dissipation performance of precast bridge piers with grouting sleeve connection,prestressed connection and wet joint connection are analyzed.
