| Guangzhou is not only the earliest port of departure of the ancient Maritime Silk Road,but also the main force and vanguard of the country’s "Belt and Road" construction.The implementation of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative has injected new vitality into Guangzhou’s foreign trade and is gradually becoming a powerful engine to boost the development of foreign trade.The development of Guangzhou port logistics has a significant impact on foreign trade and plays a powerful role in promoting and promoting.In the context of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangzhou Port needs to continue to play a leading role in opening up to the outside world.It is particularly important to study the relationship between Guangzhou Port logistics companies and foreign trade companies that they serve.Therefore,Guangzhou should take the "One Belt,One Road" initiative as an opportunity to accelerate the development of port logistics,build Guangzhou Port into an international hub port for sea and land transport,and better play the role of port logistics development in promoting foreign trade.Based on the service-dominant logic theory and value co-creation theory,this paper constructs a structural equation model of the relationship between Guangzhou Port logistics service innovation,customer-enterprise interaction,environmental dynamics and service innovation performance.It collects 400 Chinese Guangzhou Port logistics companies,The valid sample data of foreign trade enterprises was tested and analyzed using SPSS,AMOS software and PROCESS plug-in.The results show that:(1)Guangzhou Port Logistics service innovation has a significant positive impact on service innovation performance,Guangzhou Port logistics service innovation has a significant positive impact on customer-enterprise interaction,and customer-enterprise interaction has a significant positive impact on service innovation performance.(2)Customer-enterprise interaction plays an intermediary role between Guangzhou Port logistics service innovation and service innovation performance.(3)Environmental dynamics play a negative regulatory role between Guangzhou Port logistics service innovation and customer-enterprise interaction.Similarly,environmental dynamics also have a negative moderating effect between the interaction between the customer and the enterprise and the performance of service innovation.On this basis,combined with the status quo of China’s logistics enterprises,a countermeasure to improve the level of logistics service innovation from the perspective of Guangzhou Port is given. |
