With the overcapacity trend of the automobile industry and the development of urban motorization,the number of private cars in the country has continued to rise.The resulting urban traffic congestion and air pollution have become increasingly serious.Therefore,the search for better transportation modes has become a concern.Hotspot.In recent years,driven by the sharing economy model,transportation sharing travel has been favored by more and more people because of its flexibility,convenience,and environmental protection.Time-sharing leasing is an emerging model of car rental in the context of shared transportation.Time-sharing leasing,especially electric vehicles,is being used because it can replace private car travel,increase vehicle utilization,reduce traffic pressure,and reduce carbon environmental protection.Government,society and business concerns.Although time-sharing leasing has many advantages,as an emerging industry,it also faces many problems in the process of promotion and application.Among them,whether the location and planning of the lease point is reasonable and directly affects the operator’s profit,is that it is very important for time-sharing leasing companies to provide services A link.In the initial planning and layout of time-sharing leasing,operators tend to focus only on their own profits,while the government hopes that time-sharing leasing companies will set up more outlets and put in more cars to encourage citizens to share travel and improve social benefits.The government considers the social benefits and the interests of operators as a whole,and reasonable layout planning of the lease points of time-sharing can make it play a greater social role.Therefore,how to arrange the lease points of time-sharing under government intervention is particularly important.This article first studies the development status of time-sharing leasing,and analyzes the characteristics,positioning and operation mode of time-sharing leasing.Through a comprehensive understanding of time-sharing leasing background and analysis of time-sharing leasing cost structure and income structure,it points out the current opportunities and challenges it faces,leading to the problems to be solved in this article.Secondly,the prediction method of time-sharing leasing passenger flow system is researched.Among the many factors affecting user travel,the analytic hierarchy process is used to screen for important factors.Finally,the travel cost,whether a car is owned,travel time,weather factors,monthly income level and Travel distance is the main influencing factor.Based on the analysis of various passenger flow prediction methods,according to the characteristics and applicable scope of various methods,a multi-logit logit model suitable for solving the problems in this paper was selected for passenger flow prediction.The parameters of each utility function are calculated by software and the utility functions of the six transportation modes in this paper are finally obtained,which lays a foundation for the subsequent passenger flow prediction results of time-sharing leasing.Construction of the site selection model of time-sharing leasing without government intervention and government intervention was carried out again.According to the ideas and principles of site layout,the goal was to maximize the operator’s annual profit,and government intervention was used as a constraint to select practical constraints.Conditions build two models respectively,the model can determine the location and scale of the lease point at the same time.Based on the analysis of Lingo software characteristics,the solution of this paper is determined,and finally a Lingo language program is designed to solve the model of this paper.Finally,based on an example,the two models in the previous article are specifically applied to obtain the location and scale plan of a time-sharing lease point in a certain area.The results of the two models are compared and analyzed to explore the role of government intervention in time-sharing lease layout planning.
