| Cable-stayed bridge is one of the main types of long-span bridges.With the prosperity of economy and the progress of society,the number of cable-stayed bridges built in China is increasing,and they are developing towards larger spans and more beautiful direction.Firstly,the operation of such a large number of cable-stayed bridges requires a matching team of service management team,complete and subdivided methods and technologies of inspection,maintenance and reinforcement.Secondly,in the early construction of cable-stayed bridges,due to the lack of good industry standards,mature construction technology and construction experience,as well as the increasing traffic volume in nowadays,various diseases appeared on prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridges in advance or getting worse day by day,these diseases have affected the durability and safety of cable-stayed bridges.Thirdly,in the operation and maintenance of bridges,various social factors such as maintenance costs,environmental protection and uninterrupted traffic have put forwards higher requirements for accurately judging the causes of bridge diseases and adopting effective maintenance and reinforcement solutions.Based on the research of a large number of scholars and engineering technicians on bridge maintenance and reinforcement technology,this paper further studies and summarizes the common diseases and reinforcement technology of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridges,furthermore,it gives detailed analysis to the replacement of compression bearings of concrete cable-stayed bridges,and provides the implementation plan.The detailed contents and results are as follows:1.Summarize and analyze the structural characteristics of concrete cable-stayed bridges and the detection methods and contents of their diseases.Summarize the cases and solutions of strengthening concrete cable-stayed bridges in China and abroad.2.Based on project examples,with structural finite element calculation,analyze the causes of the main diseases of concrete cable-stayed bridges,and give specific treatment solutions for common diseases.Aiming at the breakage of anchor bolt in compression bearing,the analysis method of the cause of the disease is put forward,and innovatively suggest method of providing compressive stress reserve for the support using influence line loading.3.Complete the reinforcement design and theoretical verification of the auxiliary pier compression bearing,and give the key technology and process of the replacement of the cable-stayed bridge compression bearing under the condition of uninterrupted traffic. |
