In order to improve the performance of steel deck pavement and prolong its service life,based on the investigation of six typical domestic steel bridge pavements including Shandong Shengli Yellow River Highway Bridge and Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge,the steel deck pavement Asphalt mixture grading optimization,pouring asphalt concrete pavement performance and interlayer adhesion performance were carried out experimental research,and finally the application of steel bridge deck paving technology was implemented in the supporting project.In the case of the same powder-to-rubber ratio in the GA10 ratio design,the pass rate of key sieve holes(0.075 mm,2.36 mm and 4.75mm)has a greater impact on the performance of GA10: the lower the pass rate of 0.075 mm,2.36 mm sieve holes,the mixing The better the high temperature stability of the material;the higher the 4.75 mm mesh pass rate,the better the high temperature and low temperature performance.In the case of the same powder-to-rubber ratio,the fluidity and penetration increase of GA10 asphalt mixture is mainly affected by the ratio of asphalt mortar.The lower the pass rate of the 0.075 mm sieve,the worse the fluidity and the smaller the increase in penetration.The angularity of the aggregate has a greater influence on the penetration increase and the low-temperature failure strain of GA10.It is not appropriate to use aggregates with excessive angularity for castable asphalt concrete.The type of waterproof bonding material has a significant influence on the waterproof bonding system of steel bridge deck paving.The TOPEVER material used in this paper is superior to Eliminator in terms of tensile strength,elongation at break,and mechanics.According to the construction and operation results of the bridge deck pavement of A sea crossing bridge along the southeast coast,the research results of this paper have been well applied in the supporting projects.
