| With the development of economy,the requirement of thermal insulation and energy saving is higher and higher.As a new type of composite thermal insulation board,composite thermal insulation integrated board is gradually recognized and used by everyone.This kind of insulation board has the excellent characteristics of heat preservation and fire prevention.Because it is a new type of composite insulation material,there is no relevant research on its freeze-thaw resistance.Therefore,this paper studies the freeze-thaw resistance of composite insulation board.Based on the investigation,analysis and classification of the raw materials and production process of the composite insulation board in North China market,the freezethaw cycle test scheme is determined,including the determination of the freeze-thaw cycle times of the insulation board,the determination of the number of test pieces,the determination of the freeze-thaw cycle time of the insulation board,etc,The pull-out test was carried out on the test block after freeze-thaw cycle in the laboratory.Through data analysis,the attenuation curves of tensile bond strength of LS-1,LS-2 and grooved composite insulation board after freeze-thaw cycle were divided into three stages.According to the test data,the effects of water absorption,production process,protective layer material and freeze-thaw cycle time on freeze-thaw cycle resistance of insulation board were analyzed and discussed.Through the analysis of test data,it can be concluded that LS-1 insulation board has the best freeze-thaw resistance.Through the study of the freeze-thaw performance of composite insulation board,it provides a theoretical basis for the freeze-thaw resistance and safety of insulation board in practical engineering. |
