At present,the development of new energy vehicles is booming.in the world,major country is doing its best to develop new energy vehicles.Our country is in the forefront of The Times in the development of new energy vehicles.However,with the introduction of new energy vehicles into thousands of households,the following after-sales service is also facing challenges.With the rapid development and rise of new energy vehicles,the after-sales service still needs to be improved and adjusted,and new energy after-sales service talents are in short supply.Through the investigation of the enterprise,it is found that the new energy after-sales service post is mainly to recruit the after-sales staff of traditional fuel vehicles.Students of traditional fuel vehicles have not learned the maintenance of new energy vehicles,and they are not qualified for the post after graduation.They also need to be retrained by the enterprise before taking up the post.For the sustainable and effective development of students,it is particularly important to redevelop the After-sales Service Management of New Energy Vehicles based on the working process.Through the teaching material development theory based on working process,the teaching material of after-sales service management of new energy vehicles is developed.Through the investigation of the enterprise,the work content of the enterprise is obtained,experts and scholars are interviewed,and typical work tasks are extracted and transformed into learning fields,learning fields are turned into learning situations,learning situations are turned into learning objectives.Formulate the course standard of "Automobile After-sales Service Management",elaborate the knowledge system reflected in the textbook of each chapter and the assignment of class hours;Taking interactive inspection and maintenance assignment as the sample chapter,the teaching material content is displayed,and detailed teaching cases are provided to explain.And design the classroom implementation method,student evaluation analysis.The teaching effect is compared through the statistics of experimental data.And with teaching implementation suggestions.In the end,the paper summarizes and reflects on the development of textbooks.Through the development and research of the textbook "After-sales Service Management of New Energy Vehicles",the organic combination of traditional fuel vehicles and after-sales service management of new energy vehicles has been realized in terms of knowledge content,and the unique after-sales content of new energy vehicles has been highlighted.In terms of skills,the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical enterprise enables students to quickly master practical skills,adapt to the development of the society,and meet the needs of enterprises.
