Visual Analysis Of Urban Regional Relations Based On Trajectory Distribution Representation

In recent years,with the rapid development of positioning and tracking technologies,location-aware devices such as GPS have been widely used,enabling the movement trajectories of vehicles and people to be accurately recorded.Through effective analysis of trajectory data,it is possible to understand a city’s Traffic conditions and the movement of people in the city are of great significance to the decision-making of city managers.However,the trajectory data has spatio-temporal characteristics,so the data scale is usually very large.Therefore,it is a huge challenge to effectively play the spatiotemporal continuity of the trajectory and explore the spatiotemporal laws hidden in the data.Based on the real trajectory data of taxis in Chengdu,this paper studies the visual analysis method of urban regional relations based on the trajectory distribution representation,and excavates and analyzes urban population movement patterns from the perspective of cognition of the relationship between urban regions.The main research contents include:(1)Research The urban region division method based on trajectory data divides the urban geographic space into appropriate regions and converts the trajectory into an aggregate flow between regions to provide a data basis for subsequent analysis;(2)Propose a regional vectorization model based on word embedding technology,Using word embedding technology,considering the interaction between city location and moving objects,vectorized coding of urban areas,and exploring the location information and connection relationships of different areas in the trajectory according to the similarity between the areas;(3)Design and Develop a visual analysis system for analyzing regional vectors and exploring crowd movement patterns.Based on the regional vector space,through a visual view linkage mechanism,analysts are supported to explore the crowd movement patterns from global overview,to local analysis,and finally to contextual details.Reasoning process.Two case studies based on the GPS trajectory data of taxis in Chengdu show that this method can effectively reflect the movement patterns of people in the area.The visual analysis method of urban regional relations and crowd movement patterns proposed in this paper provides basis and guidance for the analysis and decision-making of urban population migration,disease transmission,and traffic flow control.
