Research Of Infrastructure On Slow Traffic System Around Hospital

Traffic congestion often occurs in hospital areas,and the core contradiction is limited space cannot meet the growing demand for private car travel.To create a suitable slow traffic environment for guiding the medical travel to green transports is one of the ways to solve the hospital’s traffic problems.In this study,video camera and questionnaire were used to construct the evaluation system of travel environment service level around the hospital,and a questionnaire of green travel intention was designed to explore the influence mechanism between surrounding environment and travel behavior intention of the hospital,the paper concludes the configuration and optimization direction of Slow Traffic system around the hospital,and puts forward reasonable strategies for optimizing travel environment and facilities.The specific work is as follows:1.Investigation and Analysis on the Construction of the Environment of Slow Traffic and Travel around the HospitalThe research includes three aspects: the investigation of traffic travel situation around the central city hospital,the investigation of the slow traffic system facilities around the hospital and the investigation of hospital’s green travel intention.In the earlier stage of this paper,the investigation of traffic travel situation around the central city hospital was carried out.After analysis,it was found that the imperfect configuration of slow traffic system around the hospital was an important reason for the confusion of traffic order and the low satisfaction of hospital trip.On this basis,8 Beijing subordinate hospitals were selected to carry out research on Slow Travel environment around the hospital,layout of bus stops,video recording of Slow Travel,questionnaires on attitudes and behavioral intentions of medical visits.The qualitative analysis between the Slow Traffic travel environment around the hospital and the intention of low carbon hospital trip was studied through field survey of the slow traffic system configuration around the hospital and intention questionnaire.2.Construction and Application of Service Level Evaluation Model for Slow Traffic System around HospitalBased on the statistical data and the result of video score,the evaluation model of service level of non-motorized lane and walking road around the hospital is constructed.The service level of non-motorized lane and walking lane in each hospital is obtained by the application of the model,which provides the data basis for the construction of the comprehensive impact model of hospital green medical travel and the mixed selection model of low carbon hospital trip intention.3.Construction and Verification of Potential Psychological Influence Model of Low Carbon Hospital TripIn this part,according to the survey results of medical travel attitude and behavior intention questionnaire,combined with the principle of planning behavior theory and structural equation model,the psychological factors are regarded as dependent variables and independent variables,and the potential psychological impact model of green medical travel is constructed.The purpose is to study the influence relationship between various potential psychological factors.4.Construction and Verification of the Comprehensive Model of the Choice of Green Medical TreatmentBy using the principle of multiple-indicator-multiple-cause model,the personal attributes,travel characteristics and policy measures of the medical travelers obtained in the questionnaire are taken as the obvious variables,and the psychological factors as the potential variables are used to establish the comprehensive influence model of hospital green medical travel.5.Construction and Validation of Mixed Selection Model Based on Low Carbon Hospital Trip IntentionThe results of the comprehensive model show that the slow travel environment,bus stations and facilities around the hospital have the most significant influence on the low carbon hospital trip.Therefore,based on the comprehensive model of hospital green medical selection intention and field investigation data,a multi-order logic model based on low carbon hospital trip intention(without potential variables)and a mixed selection model based on low carbon hospital trip intention(with potential variables)were established and tested.The results of mixed model show that the service level of slow travel environment and the chronic road network density are significant positive effects on the low carbon hospital trip intention,while the layout of the bus station has a significant negative effect on the low carbon hospital trip intention.6.A Guide Analysis on the Configuration of Slow Traffic Facilities around HospitalsBased on the potential psychological influence model of low carbon hospital trip,the comprehensive model of low carbon hospital trip choice intention and the mixed selection model based on green medical intention,the significant influencing factors of obtaining low carbon hospital trip intention are put forward.Through the above research work,the paper reveals the relationship between the slow travel environment around the hospital and the low carbon hospital trip intention,and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the allocation of slow traffic facilities around the hospital.
