Study On Evaluation And Optimization Of Community Day-care Centers Of Township In Mianyang

Community day care center is the most important old-age care facility at community level under the model of community home care.In recent years,China has promulgated more policies and measures on the construction of day care centers,and the academic circle has also carried out a large number of studies on it,which has promoted the rapid development of day care centers and played a great role in alleviating the pressure of elderly care.However,from the perspective of the current development of day care centers,there are still many problems,which are mainly manifested as the imbalance between the services provided by day care centers and the needs of the elderly.In this study,three sets of questionnaires were designed: questionnaire on service supply of community day-care center,questionnaire on satisfaction degree of service provided and demand degree of service not provided in community day care,questionnaire on demand degree of community day care.Based on survey data,this paper studies the practical problems of day care centers and constructs a scientific evaluation index system to evaluate the satisfaction of the elderly.Based on the basic attributes of the elderly,the service demands of the elderly for day care centers are studied,so as to increase the correspondence between service supply and the needs of the elderly.(1)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators to evaluate the use satisfaction of the elderly who are receiving day care services.The results show that the overall satisfaction and the evaluation value of all the first level indicators are higher than 3.5 points,that is,satisfaction.In the secondary indicators,except for fitness,the other 11 secondary indicators,such as lunch break,dining,assistance in toilet,assistance in taking medicine,temperature measurement,reading,painting and calligraphy,watching TV,chess and poker,games and massage,were all satisfactory.Chess and poker received the highest degree of satisfaction.(2)Correlation analysis was used to study the influencing factors of service satisfaction,and it was found that the satisfaction was mainly affected by caregivers and disability degree.In general,the elderly with weaker self-supporting ability have simpler requirements for pension services and are more likely to be satisfied.On the contrary,the older people with stronger pension ability have higher requirements for pension services and are not easy to be satisfied.In addition,the comfort and safety of the space environment and the service attitude of the staff of the day care center also affect the satisfaction of the elderly.(3)Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to construct an analysis model to study whether the elderly who did not receive day care services were willing to participate in day care.The results showed that the willingness of the elderly to accept day care was mainly affected by their financial resources,caregivers and their understanding of day care.The elderly with stable income,no backbone family care,and a high understanding of day care are more willing to choose.(4)Statistical description method was used to calculate the demand degree index of the elderly who did not receive day care services.It was found that the demand of health-related items was higher.The most needed are nutrition education for the elderly,health care education,common disease prevention education,blood pressure measurement,blood sugar measurement,temperature measurement of 6 projects.The second is rehabilitation education,legal consultation and safety education.Then there are meals for the elderly,lunch breaks,watching TV,chess and poker,fitness and other basic activities.Other projects require very little.(5)Correlation analysis and optimal scale regression model were adopted to study the influencing factors of the elderly’s service demand.It was found that the service demand was mainly affected by age,financial resources,caregivers,disability and loneliness.The elderly,disabled elderly and the elderly with severe loneliness are more in need of lunch and life care services.On the contrary,the demand for spiritual entertainment services and educational consultation services is higher.The elderly without mainstay family care need not only lunch service,life care service,but also psychological comfort service.The elderly with a steady and sustainable income need more educational counseling services and life care services.
