| At present,large-scale scientific engineering is developing towards the direction of large-scale,very high-precision,massive information,irreversible,and combined application of multiple measurement systems.In view of the demand for precision measurement in large-size scientific engineering,large-scale and high-precision 3D control network is usually laid out by empirical simulation,but there is a lack of systematic and effective theoretical guidance.As a result,the measurement accuracy and efficiency of the large-scale 3D control network are obviously restricted.The simulation analysis of the large-scale 3D control network based on the combination of multiple measurement systems has become a research hotspot in this field.In view of the simulation layout and data calculation and analysis process of large-scale 3D control network,the problems of low precision,low efficiency and high cost of large-scale 3D control network are analyzed,and the corresponding research contents and solutions are formulated.The full simulation of 3D control network with large-scale,the more data joint adjustment and its accuracy of measurement system analysis,the simulation analysis of measurement data and network layout optimization of 3D control network system of research,finally set up3 D control network simulation analysis and data calculating platform,combining with the specific experiments completed the related validation.The research contents are as follows:(1)To meet the large-scale science and engineering construction and equipment installation accuracy requirements,build a combination of system measurement,and joint combination measuring principle and the system data network,this paper analyzes the mathematical model of the adjustment,constructed based on Helmert posteriori variance component estimation joint data weighting adjustment model,by reasonable match,effectively improve the accuracy of network solution.The experimental results show that the precision of the high error points is improved by more than 40% and the precision of the network is improved by 20%.(2)Simulation of measurement data of ultra-HIGH precision 3D control network.Considering the influence of environmental factors on measurement accuracy,a coordinate uncertainty evaluation model based on measurement error(instrument manufacturing and measurement environment)and coordinate transformation parameter error was built for research on coordinate uncertainty.The uncertainty of coordinates is analyzed by MCM principle.According to the coordinate covariance matrix,the coordinate uncertainty point cloud visualization is realized.The experimental results show that the correlation between the calculation results of the simulation data and the measured data is above 0.8,which has a good consistency,thus verifying the reliability of the simulation data.(3)In order to build an efficient and high-precision large-scale simulation 3D control network,the main factors affecting network construction were analyzed,and the network evaluation function based on network coverage ability,measurement accuracy and measurement cost was constructed.Based on the research of network coverage capability,the visibility collision model is constructed.Based on the study of measurement accuracy and efficiency,a simplex network local optimization algorithm is constructed and the network optimization is realized.The experimental results show that this network layout method meets the evaluation criteria of engineering network in terms of measurement accuracy,network coverage ability and measurement cost.Compared with the empirical network layout method,the network layout time is reduced by 50%,the effective measurement points are increased by 8%,the single point measurement accuracy is improved by 66%,and the measurement accuracy of the whole network is improved by 23%.Based on the above research contents,the simulation algorithm and software were integrated into the platform to build a visual and easy to operate integrated large-scale 3D control network simulation analysis and solution platform,and the model construction,network simulation,data solution and uncertainty point cloud visualization were realized.The simulation platform is proved to be able to guide network layout through experiments and is applied in practical engineering. |
