| Concrete is one of the most important building materials in the contemporary era.However,the traditional concrete has some limitations in some aspects: self-important,high thermal conductivity and high energy consumption.EPS foam is added into concrete to make EPS concrete,which effectively solves the limitation of concrete itself.At present,the research results of EPS concrete mostly stay at the macro level,and the research on its meso level is less.Some scholars put forward the idea of finite element,which transforms the practical problems into simulation problems by mathematical means,divides the real research objects into several identical units.The internal development rules of the research objects can be analyzed by applying the existing theoretical analysis to the units.Based on the theory,the EPS concrete model is established by ANSYS software,the constitutive relation,failure criterion,boundary condition and loading system are established,and the calculation and analysis are carried out.By comparing the calculation results of the model with the test results,it is proved that the ANSYS finite element software is feasible to simulate the compression failure process of EPS concrete.The internal damage process of the research object is analyzed by the model.Under the condition that the relevant pretreatment operation remains unchanged,the EPS aggregate particle size and EPS concrete specimen size are changed,and the influence of EPS aggregate particle size and EPS concrete specimen size on EPS concrete damage is discussed:1)The ultimate compressive strength of EPS concrete with single particle size and different particle size decreases with the increase of filling volume of EPS particles.When the particle volume content is the same,the ultimate compressive strength of EPS concrete with different particle size is higher than that of EPS concrete with single particle size.2)The ultimate compressive strength of EPS concrete with the same volume fraction decreases gradually with the increase of specimen size,and also decreases with the increase of D / d(specimen size / EPS particle size),which is more and more obvious with the increase of EPS volume fraction.3)With the increase of the volume content of EPS particles,the brittleness index of EPS concrete is decreasing.The lower the brittleness,the better the toughness of EPS concrete.4)When the size of EPS concrete is the same,the brittleness index decreases with the increase of EPS particle size.With the same EPS particle size,the brittleness index of EPS concrete decreases with the increase of specimen size.With the increase of D / d(specimen size / EPS particle size),the brittleness index of EPS concrete will decrease.Figure [48] table [20] reference [111]... |
