| As an exciting power system for toroidal field(TF)coils of Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST),the TF power supply(TFPS)can make toroidal field coils generate longitudinal magnetic field in plasma.The running state of the TFPS determines the performance and safety of the EAST device.During the operation of the EAST device,the TFPS must reliably excite and demagnetize the TF coils,and the fault protection must also be reliable.The realization of all these functions must be accomplished through the real-time data acquisition and waveform recording of the data acquisition system.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously monitor the status of the TFPS in real time.The monitoring of the TFPS is helpful to understand the working state of the power supply,it also provides data for troubleshooting.Due to the long duration of data acquisition,more data were collected.There is an increasing demand for real-time display and analysis of experimental data.In order to solve these problems,a set of EAST TFPS data multi-channel acquisition system based on LabVIEW based on virtual instrument technology.The system includes two parts: hardware and software.The system hardware mainly includes Hall current,voltage sensors,and data acquisition card,system software mainly includes signal acquisition,data display,data processing,data analysis,data storage,login system,waveform playback and so on.The dissertation expounds the research background and significance of the TFPS,introduces the data acquisition technology and analyzes the advantages of the virtual instrument technology.The EAST TFPS is introduced and analyzed,including the introduction of the structure and parameters of the the power supply,the analysis of the composition circuit and the main circuit operation of the TFPS,and the analysis and simulation of the magnet output voltage and current signal.In order to design a multichannel data acquisition system of TFPS,the factors that need to be considered before designing the acquisition system are analyzed,including the number of signal channels,system functions and display interface,etc.The principle and selection of data acquisition card and Hall sensor are analyzed,and the hardware connection mode is designed.Then introduces the programming software of virtual instrument,and analyzes and compares the characteristics of LabVIEW software and its development advantages in the acquisition system,then introduces the steps of LabVIEW program development,and analyzes the programming ideas and points of attention,and finally analyzes the DAQmx driver of data acquisition card.The dissertation uses LabVIEW to complete the design of the TFPS multi-channel data acquisition system.First,the overall structure of the software design is analyzed,and then the appropriate design mode is selected.On this basis,the functional modules of the acquisition system are specifically designed and realized Remote access to the acquisition system.Using Lab SQL technology to complete the database access of LabVIEW,realize the storage and waveform playback of the multi-channel signal of the EAST TFPS data acquisition system.he test results show that the acquisition system can better realize the functions of multi-channel signal acquisition,display,processing and storage.Figure [62] table [10] reference [61]... |
