In recent years,the volume of maritime traffic and the environment have increased and become more complex,and traditional traffic supervision has become less and less effective.This has led to the emergence of automatic ship identification systems.AIS can obtain ship trajectory data in real time,efficiently and conveniently.A large number of maritime traffic characteristics are hidden in the trajectory data.Even potential ship operation information can be obtained through data mining.This paper has fully investigated relevant domestic and foreign literature,combined with maritime traffic conditions and data mining technology,mainly constructs a trajectory division model,a trajectory sub-segment clustering model and a cluster-based trajectory route extraction algorithm.The method is carried out by theoretical research combined with example testing.The main tasks of the research are as follows:(1)Establishment of trajectory sub-segment division model.In the research process,the vertical distance,horizontal distance and the included angle distance are weighted in the same proportion to obtain the fusion distance,the fusion distance is used to measure the similarity of the trajectory,and then the minimum description distance is used to find the best balance of simplicity and accuracy,so as to divide the trajectory.(2)Establishment of clustering model of trajectory sub-segment.The divided trajectory sub-segments are clustered by the classic DBSCAN-derived algorithm.Therefore,the two parameters of ε and Minlns in the clustering need to be determined artificially.Therefore,the annealing algorithm is used to select the parameter values to achieve a more ideal aggregation.Class effect.(3)Trajectory route extraction algorithm.On the basis of clustering clusters,the scanning line algorithm is used to scan the scan line perpendicular to the overall trend of the trajectory cluster to obtain the center point coordinates,and then the smoothing parameter is used to smooth the obtained trajectory route.(4)A webGIS prototype system based on the clustering of trajectory sub-segments was designed and implemented using the idea of front-end and back-end separation.The back end of the system mainly uses the flask framework,and the front-end page of the system is mainly based on the react framework,and realizes the geographic visualization and expression of the ship trajectory clustering process.(5)Prototype system testing.The study area selected part of the southeast coast of my country.The AIS data is the ship point data for June 30,2020.The ship trajectory in this sea area is clustered and the trajectory route extraction analysis is performed.In the example,the annealing algorithm is used to explore the two parameters.Select,determine the parameter values based on actual and research requirements,and analyze the clustering and trajectory route results.The results show that the model can extract the ship trajectory clustering results very well,and can extract a better ship trajectory route,which can lay a foundation for further analysis and prediction of ship motion patterns and detection of abnormal behaviors.
