For intrinsically safe circuits with active impedance converters, not only the effects of physical inductance and physical capacitance should be considered, but also the effects of simulated inductance and simulated capacitance must be considered when judging the intrinsically safe performance of the circuits.Otherwise, there will be the risk of misjudgment.By obtaining the evaluation criteria of the intrinsic safety performance of simulated inductance and simulated capacitor circuits, the hazard of the simulated energy storage elements to the intrinsic safety circuit can be correctly evaluated.Firstly, the simulated inductance and simulated capacitance are classified according to the different circuit structures such as the number of active devices.By summarizing and analyzing the input impedance of the simulated inductance and v capacitance circuits, the basic principles and general characteristics of the simulated energy storage components replacing the physical element are explained.Secondly, the frequency range in which the analog component can replace the physical component is obtained. Then, under the condition of this frequency, the intrinsic safety judgment of the "potential" hazard is determined by calculating the energy of the physical energy storage element and the simulated energy storage element respectively. Finally, based on the foregoing, starting from the explosion-proof safety of intrinsically safe circuits, and using the reference curves and data to evaluate the safety of intrinsically safe circuits, the intrinsic safety performance evaluation criteria of analog simulated inductance and simulated capacitor circuits are established,so as to correctly evaluate the influence of simulated components on the explosion-proof safety of intrinsically safe circuits.Simulation experiments are carried out for the resistive circuit with ideal transformers, simulated inductor circuit and simulated capacitor circuit, and the amplitude-phase characteristics and frequency characteristics of the equivalent circuit are simulated. The simulation curve and experimental data prove that the simulated energy storage element has a certain influence on the explosion-proof safety of intrinsically safe circuit. |
