In daily life Ankle joint injury is a common sports injury,among which ankle joint injury occurs most frequently among all joint injuries.The ankle joint plays an extremely important role in the overall movement function of a person.It is the prerequisite for patients to walk down the ground and the basis for gait rehabilitation training.The terms currently used in medicine to describe the movement of the ankle and foot include two sets of basic terms and applied terms.The basic term describes the movement of the foot or ankle that is orthogonal to the three standard axes of rotation;the applied term describes the oblique axis of rotation in the daily activities of the ankle joint.At present,most of the ankle joint rehabilitation exercise devices on the market are designed with three standard orthogonal rotation axis motions.They only have the function of plantar flexion and dorsiflexion movement.They lack the ankle joint valgus movement function and cannot fully simulate the ankle joint.Actual movement.From the perspective of the ankle joint structure,the ankle and foot are composed of three main joints: the ankle joint,the subtalar joint,and the transverse tarsal joint.The movement that occurs at these joints revolves around the oblique axis of rotation,rather than the three standard orthogonal rotation axes.From the perspective of the interaction between muscles and joints,the tibialis anterior muscle controls dorsiflexion while accompanied by varus and adduction,and the gastrocnemius and peroneus brevis control valgus at the same time with plantar flexion and abduction.The ankle joint movement is mostly in the form of compound movement.Therefore,it is not sufficient to use basic terms to design ankle joint rehabilitation training devices,and application terms should be combined with them.Based on this,this paper conducts design research and compound sports design planning for ankle joint rehabilitation training devices.The main research contents are as follows:1.The current situation of the ankle joint rehabilitation training device at home and abroad was researched,to find the pain points of the current device,and determine the scope of the design.The physiological structure and movement form of the ankle joint was studied.Combining with the mechanism of rehabilitation exercise,the underlying logic of the device design was determined.The design requirements of the ankle joint rehabilitation training device were analyzed,and the structure design of the device was determined.2.The industrial design of the ankle joint rehabilitation training device was carried out,including user positioning,functional element analysis,CMF element analysis,manmachine size analysis,and model design and production.3.A plantar pressure control experiment was designed.The ankle joint rehabilitation training device designed with the ankle joint compound motion law as the rotation axis was compared with the market rehabilitation training device designed with the traditional standard orthogonal three-rotation axis.The experimental results found that the overall plantar pressure during use is smaller and the pressure value fluctuates more steadily.Based on the physiological structure of the ankle joint and the mechanism of rehabilitation,this paper designs and develops a new type of rehabilitation training structure for the ankle joint and carries out the industrial design of the device.The device is based on the oblique rotation axis of the compound movement,which changes the movement mode of the traditional standard orthogonal three rotation axis and provides a new idea for the design of the ankle joint rehabilitation training device.The plantar pressure comparison experiment verifies that the ankle joint rehabilitation training device designed and developed in this paper is more in line with the physiological structure of the human ankle joint and its movement mechanism,and the wearable performance is better.
