When the load of marine diesel engine changes dramatically,there will be problems such as high fuel consumption and poor emissions.With the continuous development of supercapacitor energy storage devices,the combination of diesel generator and supercapacitor to form hybrid electric ship has become an important way to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in the shipbuilding industry.Compared with single energy structure,hybrid power structure increases the complexity of power system.How to coordinate the characteristics of each power source,so that hybrid power system can quickly respond to the load changes under different working conditions,improve the operating efficiency of the system and improve the safety of ships has become a research hotspot in the field of new energy ships.In this paper,the mathematical model of the components of the multi energy hybrid power system is established,the energy conversion and utilization law of the diesel electric hybrid power system under variable conditions is revealed,the energy management strategy based on the model predictive control algorithm is formulated,and the energy optimization management and utilization method of the whole ship is proposed.Specific research contents include the following:(1)The mathematical model of hybrid system is established.According to the specific configuration of power system of 690 passenger ship,based on the analysis of the structure and function of various components of the power system,the mathematical model of supercapacitor,diesel engine,generator and load is established by the combination of theoretical analysis and test data.(2)Research on energy management strategy of diesel electric hybrid system based on logic threshold control.Based on the design principle of the logic threshold control strategy,this paper analyzes the different working modes of the diesel electric hybrid ship,formulates the energy management strategy of the diesel electric hybrid ship based on the logic threshold,and obtains the relevant results of the rule-based control strategy.(3)Research on energy management strategy of diesel electric hybrid ship based on dynamic programming.Based on the principle of dynamic programming,the dynamic programming equation of the diesel electric hybrid ship is established.By solving the dynamic programming equation,the global optimal control of the energy management of the diesel electric hybrid ship under the given working condition is realized,and the change rule of the supercapacitor value is obtained,which is used as the reference trajectory of the constrained control variables in the model predictive control strategy.(4)Research on energy management of diesel electric hybrid ship based on MPC.Based on the theory of model predictive control(MPC),the MPC controller is designed.Combined with the dynamic programming algorithm,the MPC control strategy based on the dynamic programming algorithm is constructed.For different load conditions,the economy and robustness of the hybrid system under the MPC control strategy are verified.This paper mainly studies the method of energy distribution and optimization of diesel electric hybrid ship based on MPC in the environment of variable working conditions,which can effectively reduce the cost of fuel oil,improve the reliability of power system,and provide an important theoretical basis for the development of green and intelligent ship.
