| The good design of the shaft diameter of the ship’s shafting system is an important factor affecting the safe and reliable operation of the ship’s power system.With the increasing development of shipbuilding technology,the shipbuilding industry has become more and more mature in terms of shafting materials,installation technology,and condition monitoring.Based on the iteration of the classification society’s specifications,the shafting design method has remained unchanged.The possible optimization space of the shaft diameter is discussed.At present,the method for determining the shaft diameter of a ship’s shafting system is generally to calculate the minimum shaft diameter according to the empirical calculation formula of the shaft diameter of the classification society,and then take a larger value as the final shaft diameter.This determination method has the problems of wasting materials,increasing the space for arranging the shafting,and the cost.In addition,the existing software for calculation and analysis of the shaft system is relatively independent,and has shortcomings in terms of application,expansion,and operation,and cannot be used for calculation analysis in the optimization of the shaft diameter.For this reason,this paper takes the optimization of the shaft diameter of the ship’s shafting system as the goal,and focuses on the design method of the shafting shaft diameter and the development of supporting tool software.Aiming at the problems existing in the existing method of determining the shaft diameter of ship shaftings,a comprehensive analysis of the shafting shaft diameter determination formula and its key influencing factors was carried out,and the weight calculation of each key parameter was carried out using the entropy weight method,and determines the effect of each key parameter on the shaft diameter,and the possible direction of shafting shaft diameter optimization and its comprehensive optimization method are also proposed.In order to facilitate further research on the optimization of the shaft diameter,the existing shaft design software is not comprehensive,integrated,and widely used,and combined with the Navy’s standard shaft design specifications,the shaft diameter optimization is comprehensively analyzed.Supporting tool software requirements,a shaft diameter optimization support tool software implementation plan that integrates shafting design,shafting alignment calculation,vibration calculation,and strength check calculation is proposed.The calculation methods of shaft alignment calculation,vibration calculation and strength check calculation in this software are also discussed.In addition,the existing software has the problems of high code coupling and inconvenient integration,and an implementation idea of separating the calculation function code from the interface GUI is proposed.This paper selects.NET as the development platform,VB.NET as the development language,and SQL Server 2012 as the database.The shaft diameter optimization support tool software is designed and implemented in detail.Aiming at problems such as inconvenient data editing,low data utilization rate,and relatively solid programs when the existing shafting design software is used to calculate the shafting alignment,shafting vibration,and other related models,a graphical modeling method for shafting based on configuration ideas is proposed.Through the configuration ideas,the shaft system components and their attribute data information are stored as a configuration file in the form of a database and loaded when the program is run,realizing the graphical modeling of the ship shaft system.This method makes the program more flexible,reduces the coupling degree of the code,and improves the development efficiency of the system.At the same time,the method can be well integrated with calculation software such as shaft alignment and shaft vibration,so that data information can be reused.Increase the convenience of users. |
