Research On Application Of Software Testing And Maintenance Collaborative Management In H Company

H company is the development of port handling operations and logistics transportation software company.As its industry is a national strategic resource,H company’s software products show special needs,a wide variety of software,complex functions and large software scale.At the same time,H company’s software products lack of necessary testing,and can’t find the existing defects in time,resulting in great pressure of later maintenance work.Considering that the maintenance workload of H company has been saturated,it is necessary to find a new management mode under the existing human resource framework to solve the problems such as inadequate software testing,too much ineffective work in software maintenance,and difficult positioning of complex business point problems.Based on quantitative analysis method and interdisciplinary research method,this paper studies the collaborative management of software testing and maintenance in H company.Firstly,it introduces the background and product usage of H company in detail,analyzes the customer demand characteristics of H company,introduces the management process of software testing and software maintenance,and summarizes the existing problems,including: the software maintenance of H company has many problems,such as heavy workload,more ineffective labor,less communication with other processes of software project,and collaboration between software testing and software maintenance of H company The necessity of management is analyzed;then,the workflow of " Software Testing and Maintenance Collaborative Management " is designed by using the idea of overall project management and collaborative management.On the basis of existing human resources,a "Software Testing and Maintenance Collaborative Team" is organized to optimize and regulate the software testing and maintenance workflow in the existing software project process Finally,it introduces the implementation of the "Three-Level Response" system of software maintenance,the implementation scheme of software testing and maintenance collaborative management,the deployment method of software and hardware platform,and the evaluation of the effect of collaborative management measures.Finally,the experience of collaborative management of software testing and maintenance is prospected to be extended to the whole project.The research results of this paper have a certain reference value for the improvement of software product quality of H company,the improvement of software testing efficiency,and the refinement of maintenance work.
