In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy,the investment in urban construction has led to the rapid growth of the engineering industry.The promotion of " The Belt and Road Initiative" has made more and more trans-regional and transnational projects.With the state of many participants,huge amount of project information data,high requirements of project design technology,various project communication channels,and realtime sharing of project information,etc.,the project design efficiency is low,the project has been reworked for many times,and the cost of the general contractor of the project is rising,and the project benefit is declining.In this background,Z Architectural Design Institute is eager to solve a series of problems in the project through new information technology,prepares to implement BIM Technology to carry out data sharing and collaborative design,manages the design process and construction site of the project.Through collaborative design of various professional designers,document management of project managers,and project document sharing with external partners of the project,establish an integrated design and collaborative design information system to improve the design quality and efficiency of the company’s projects.In this paper,aimed to resolve the problems of design software compatibility,process reliability,security and API.We designed and implemented an architectural design management platform based on Collaborative mode,which uses API to realize the import of project management system data and the automatic flow.Using project-level management to realize the access control management of project role and documents.By linking documents with workflow status,flexibly setting workflow and auditor,realizing online design document verification and retaining review process opinions,improving design process efficiency and shortening design cycle.Delta file transfer technology is used to reduce the demand for network bandwidth and improve the efficiency of file transfer.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Technical Structural of architectural design management platform.In order to resolve the cooperative management of multiple participants in EPC project.By understanding customer requirements and traditional design management methods,we design and implement the architecture of the design management platform based on Collaborative mode.The logical architecture of the platform is divided into three layers: application layer,logic layer and data layer.(2)Design management process based on drawings.Through the whole process of design management,collaborative design and drawing review are introduced.Collaborative design starts with file sharing in the same project on the same project platform.Collaborative design.The core idea of collaborative design is the deep integration of design tools,and the results of multi professionals refer to each other for concurrent collaborative design.Collaborative design has changed the traditional point-to-point file transfer mode,enabling professionals to obtain the latest version of the file on the same platform,update the file in time,and manage the file content.Drawing review process.To realize the traditional design drawing audit from offline to online,custom workflow are implemented through the secondary development of platform to meet the drawing audit.To realize the controlled management of drawing audit,we relate the user role rights and workflow status,record audit trails in the process of drawing audit.(3)The design and implementation of architectural design management platform.The design management workflow and safe storage function of the platform are designed to support the centralized storage of project data,the collaboration among disciplines of project members,the collaboration among multiple participants in the project and the sharing of project files.In this paper,the data storage module consists of relational database and Windows file system,we provided a unified storage access,which supports storage of multiple data sources and multiple project data.The platform also provides a good non functional guarantee such as disaster tolerance and scalability.Finally,through strict function and performance evaluation,the platform is proved to have good application value in Architectural Design Institute.
