Combustion instability monitoring and analysis is the foundation of combustion regulating for New-type gas turbine,which is one of gas turbine core techniques been mastered.Special Combustion instability monitoring and analysis systems have been provided for imported AE94.3A gas turbine and V94.3A gas turbine have provided,which are imported and patented Products.For mastering key technique for combustion instability monitoring and analysis,and actualizing autonomy and localization of analysis system,combustion instability monitoring and analysis has been studied in this paper,and get some achievement below:1.Beginning with Combined Cycle Power Plant,the structure,composition,operating principle,and thermodynamic cycle of gas turbine have been introduced in paper.It is definite that the humming and acceleration signals on combustion chamber are major subject of Combustion instability monitoring and analysis.2.Pressure fluctuation from combustion chamber is the essence of combustion instability monitoring and analysis for New-type gas turbine,which has some frequency characteristic.For mastering the frequency characteristic of humming and acceleration signals on combustion chamber,Fourier transform is been studied.For reducing frequency leak,the Blackman window function is used.Finally,based on necessary parameters,Blackman window function,FFT and so on,the analysis method of combustion instability monitoring and analysis is put forward.3.The combustion instability analyzing system,based on the analysis method of Blackman window function,FFT,Maximum algorithm,is studied and developed,including signal acquisition,transformation and analysis devices for humming and acceleration signals.4.Utilizing this combustion instability analyzing system,the real operation data of gas turbine has be analyzed.Comparing with proven and special spectrum analyzer,the frequency spectrum result of the analyzing system almost is the same,which attests the validity and correctness of combustion instability analyzing system and analysis method.
